Paper format
Submitted papers (.pdf) must use the A4 IEEE manuscript templates for conference proceedings. Please add keywords to your submission.
Length
- Long papers: 8–9 pages.
- Short papers (demo / artifacts): 4–6 pages.
- Poster papers: 1–2 pages.
Originality
Papers submitted to FLICS must be original and may not be under simultaneous review elsewhere. Prior peer-reviewed versions cannot be resubmitted as new.
IEEE enforces a strict plagiarism policy; prior work must be cited.
Author list
Include the full, final author list in order. The registered author list cannot change after the submission deadline.
Proofreading
Proofread for clarity. US or UK English spelling is acceptable if consistent.
Publication
Accepted papers that are registered and presented may be submitted to IEEE Xplore, subject to IEEE requirements.
